Appearance inspection Place the spool full of copper wire on the packing table, hold the white paper in one hand and place it at a position 1 to 2 cm away from the copper wire, and roll the spool of copper wire around with the other hand, and then observe it visually Its appearance has not reached the following standards. (1) The surface should be lubricated, there is no messy lines, no oxidation, and no scratches, etc. (2). The wiring must be even, without stacking and underside, and there must be no staking. (3) The tension should be moderate, not too loose or too tight. (4) There should be no dust sticking on the surface after the copper wire is rolled. 2. Detection of wire diameter The wire diameter should be produced according to national standards. Assuming that the customer has special requirements, it also needs to be strictly controlled according to its requirements. The detailed process is as follows: (1) First, debug whether the micrometer has returned to zero. (2) Put the copper wire to be inspected outside the clamping line of the micrometer, and twist the end of the micrometer with appropriate force. (3) Assuming that after hearing the three beeps of the micrometer, the reading should be checked immediately. (4) Repeat inspections must be carried out until the readings are the same. The same orientation cannot be detected each time, and the inspections must be carried out in sections. 3. Inspection of elongation The elongation rate should be checked according to the relevant national standards. Assuming that the customer has special requirements, it should be strictly controlled according to the requirements. The detailed process is as follows: (1) Turn on the switch of the elongation tester (2) Check whether the induction clip on the left of the copper wire is in the original position, and whether the reading flashed on the instrument has been reset to zero.
